Hendrick Health Club is host to the dotFIT Me Weight Management program, which allows us to offer nutrition coaching and assistance to our members. Learn how to eat the food you love in the right portions and at the right time, and lose weight. The program also helps one to discover how many calories they burn on a daily basis and track calorie intake and expenditure each day.
The program is designed to educate individuals on the basic information of weight management – whether trying to lose, maintain or gain. Unfortunately, fad diets and extreme measures have discouraged many from trying to reach their goals. We hope to wipe the slate clean and work from the most basic and easiest of principles.
Depending on how involved our members choose to become with the dotFIT program, they can experience any of the following below:
- Access to the online DotFit program with food log, caloric expenditure records, exercise programming, education, customizable meal plans and more!
- Proven, safe and effective supplementation - an optional add-on
- The 90-day weight loss supplement kit with Calorie King nutrition book
The use of the all-new EXERSPY armband which gives precise measurements on how many calories one is burning every minute of every day, whether working, exercising or sleeping! This device also helps one to measure quality of sleep, steps taken and total activity throughout the day. The EXERSPY takes the guesswork out of weight loss!
- Weekly nutrition coaching and weigh-in sessions either individually or in a group setting with a DotFit certified coach and personal trainer
- Unlimited access to the Art of Strength group personal training sessions
