What is the EDGE?
The EDGE Team Personal Training is an innovative and fun way to train. By incorporating a sense of team in our EDGE classes and providing access to a more personal guidance through the EDGE Essentials classes, we will meetyou at your fitness level. Our training environment involves kettlebells, med balls, stability balls, bands, ropes and other functional training equipment and gives you the best bang for your buck. An intense cardio, HIGH CALORIE-burning, yet LOW-IMPACT workout, the EDGE will get you to where you want to be in no time. In a fitness world where routine seems to be essential, let us get you in an ever-changing and always beneficial routine for your body and heart. at is ever changing and ever beneficial to your body and heart. Who can join The EDGE?
The EDGE is available to anyone and caters to all genders, all generations, all body types and fitness levels. From those participating in our 12-week weight loss program to those who are interested in a more affordable personal training program or those who simply want to increase their fitness level or athletic performance, the EDGE is available to you.
